How many of you after a workout like running, walking, tennis actually stretch afterward? If you do, that is great! Don't stop! The rest of you.... you know who you are! No matter what cardio workout you love or sport that you play, making time to stretch out AFTER activity will reward you with many benefits.
And don't forget to hydrate within 30 minutes of your finishing! This will also help your body to recover more quickly!
