Make it an Ab day with this powerhouse 8-minute video that engages your core and also is great for your upper body.  Planks are one of the most effective exercises you can do. You can achieve substantial results in a relatively short span of time.

If you find yourself not able to make it through the full class, do what you can and then repeat the class in a couple of days. You will be impressed that each time you return to this class, you will be stronger and more confident.
