I love this delicious blueberry bowl because it’s so easy to prepare. It literally takes just one minute! And the color is so rich and deep bluish purple - a delight for the eyes as well as the taste buds.
-1 ½ cups organic frozen blueberries
-1 cup unsweetened, dairy free yogurt
-½ cup coconut shreds
-2 dates, pitted
-½ tsp. unsweetened vanilla powder (tastes better than liquid vanilla)
Put all ingredients together in a blender, blend for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend for another 30 seconds, or until smooth.
You can add more frozen blueberries and shredded coconut as toppings to this delicious treat.
