How to Drink More Water with This Tip!

Use this tip to help reach your daily water drinking goals and stay hydrated!

I know you have heard it, drinking 8 glasses of water a day is good for your health. Water makes up about 60% of your body weight and is necessary for survival. But we want to do more than just survive we want to thrive!!

Every inch of our body needs water. Water helps flush our body of waste, helps regulate our body temperature, promotes joint lubrication and more. Without enough water, we can feel drained and tired.

My #1 tip for making sure you drink enough water is to track it!!

Accountability!!!

How? I use water bottles! I have different sizes that I fill up and drink from it. When I finish a bottle I know exactly how much I have drunk. So for example, If want to drink the recommended 8 8-ounce glasses of water that would equal 64 ounces.

8 glasses x 8-ounce = 2 Litres = 64 ounces

So, I can fill my 32-ounce canteen twice per day

Or if I am traveling all day I will carry a 64-ounce canteen.

By tracking the amount of water I drink with my canteens, I always know how much water I have consumed.
