Have you ever heard of a Lassi? A Lassi is a popular Indian drink that is a blend of yogurt, spices and sometimes fruit.  Simple, right?  The simplicity of makes it so delicious.  You can drink it for breakfast, dessert, whatever your heart desires!

I love a Mango Lassi and I know you will also!

I’ve re-created the traditional mango lassi in a delicious and healthy non-dairy version. With only a handful of ingredients, you will wonder why you haven’t been blending up this drink sooner! Be sure to use a ripe, sweet mango. I love using a fresh mango but you can also use frozen mango.  Enjoy!

Vegan Non-Dairy Mango Lassi Smoothie

  • 2 Cups of Hazelnut Milk
  • 1 Mango
  • 1/2 C Almond Milk Yogurt
  • 2 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cardamom

Blend ingredients in a blender for a vegan non-dairy version of the popular Mango Lassi!
