I’ve re-created the traditional mango lassi in a delicious and healthy non-dairy version. With only a handful of ingredients, you will wonder why you haven’t been blending up this drink sooner! Be sure to use a ripe, sweet mango. I love using a fresh mango but you can also use frozen mango. Enjoy!
Vegan Non-Dairy Mango Lassi Smoothie
- 2 Cups of Hazelnut Milk
- 1 Mango
- 1/2 C Almond Milk Yogurt
- 2 Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1/2 Tbsp Cardamom
