Mmmm, strawberry shortcake…. Who doesn’t love it?
I used to love my mom’s heavenly dessert, so I decided to re-create it in a healthy version. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk
1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 pitted dates
Put the ingredients in order listed above and blend for 30 seconds on high.
