Stretching in the morning is good for your body and mind. Just a few minutes can make a big difference! 

Think about it. It is basically instinct to stretch when you wake up. We wake up and our body almost takes over, stretching our arms out wide. But why? Well, it feels good but it actually helps your body to wake up.

Stretching in the morning can get your blood circulating, energize you and help improve motion in your joints. 

A quick stretch first thing in the morning is all you need. If you don't work out in the morning already, work on developing the habit of stretching for just 3, 5, 10 minutes every day. 

This quick stretch is a great way to start!
