My #1 Tip for Stretching While Traveling!

Having trouble getting your stretching in while traveling? Maybe the hotel gym is too small or you are your schedule is too busy for a full-length yoga class. Whatever the reason, I have a trick for you!


Yoga in Bed is one of my very favorite ways to stretch! For over 20 years, I have been stretching in bed. On days where I felt limited by the floor, I use my bed where I can relax and melt into positions.  The bed helps me to comfortably increase flexibility and improve. Think of your bed like a big prop!

Taking one of my stretch classes in bed doesn't just stop at home. Stretching in bed is also great while traveling!!

These classes are a perfect way to continue stretching while you travel, boosting you with energy and preparing your body for an amazing day of travel!

Good Morning Stretch ( 3 min)
Deep Lower Back Bed Stretch (3 min)
Dropbacks in Bed (2 min)
30-Minute Stretching Class

Take these classes with you and get a good stretch in before your feet even hit the floor. You don't need a lot of space or even a yoga mat to keep yourself feeling bendy and stretchy. Your muscles will thank you for it!
