Remembering that you are not proving your motivation to anyone buy you.  You don’t have to show off, how inspired you are to the masses.  You have to be you, pure, true and honest.  You know how good you feel when you eat a Plant Based Diet; you are being kinder to animals, kinder to yourself.  By nourishing yourself with organic produce, you are helping the planet by choosing vegetables over meat, by using gallons of less water; just by YOU choosing to eat more veggies!


More motivation is that you can stay at a good weight, and probably lose a few pounds.  Sticking to a plant based diet, practicing yoga, doing cardio 3-4 times a week, will keep you at your happy weight!  Not to mention, you won’t be going to the doctor, because you are taking a positive step to take care of yourself from the inside out.


Another reason to stay motivated, is how great you look!  Look at your skin, the clearness in your eyes, the clarity in your mind.  All of this is due to you uplifting your current situation to a healthy, glowing, “take charge of my life” kind of place!  Congratulate yourself!  You are listening to your body, motivating yourself to be the best you can be.  Everyday is easy to stay motivated, you are worth it!
