Yoga for Headache Relief

Become headache free with this one restorative pose. Use this pose for 15-minutes and soak in its restorative impact.

If your day has been overrun by a headache, you will love this pose. Once you are finished, you will feel calmer, more relaxed and your headache should become quieter.

For this pose, you will need a wall, a pillow and your mat. Watch my video and I will show you how to carefully and correctly get into the pose. Once you are in the pose, close your eyes and take some deep breathes. Let the pose do the work for you while you go into a quiet meditation. After 15-minutes, get up slowly. You will be calm, relaxed and if your headache isn't completely gone, you should at least feel some relief.

You can also use this pose before going to bed. It is a beautiful pose for relaxing the body, your mind and releasing all the stress and energy from your day.
